A $35 fee covers your background check and credit report! Once you hit “submit,” our team will review your application to provide you with a response within 24 hours.

Co-living is only partly about the space and location, but a lot of it is about the roommate dynamic. We do a quick video interview with every promising candidate to help ensure that they are a good fit for HomeRoom.

At HomeRoom, we believe that self showings are the best way for candidates to see our options in a zero pressure environment. After speaking with a Homeroom leasing consultant — you’ll receive a virtual tour link. This is when you can get a feel for the space and the vibe to make sure it’s a great fit!

Once you have reviewed the lease let us know and we’ll include you in the candidate pool for the final selection process (meeting the whole house).

2) We’ll schedule a in-person self-showing of the house and room

3) House a good match? Sign your lease and pay your deposit!
