Once you’ve decided to move forward, you’ll need to get pre-approved by one of our preferred lending partners, or a lending partner of your choice.

Upon completion of both, we’ll begin sending you carefully vetted HomeRoom opportunities that meet your financial goals.

We typically onboard two new homes per market per month to the HomeRoom platform. Because of this, if a property interests you, please notify us ASAP so we can answer any questions, help you conduct your analysis, and place an offer on your behalf quickly.

At this stage, we’ll do everything we can to negotiate the best deal for you, facilitate a rigorous inspection process, and get it closed quickly (usually in 30-45 days from the initial offer).

Congratulations! You now own valuable property in a prime US investment market. Over the next 60 days, HomeRoom will work diligently to make it just right for our young professional tenants. Typically, our first payment will coincide with the final due date of your first mortgage payment.
